Local arbitrary code execution via page-table upgrade race

Race condition in the Linux kernel 4.19 through 5.6.7 on s390 allows local users to execute arbitrary code or crash the system. The enable_sacf_uaccess path changes thread and control-register state without interrupt synchronization while a concurrent page-table upgrade changes active address-space controls. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to an affected s390 system and results in arbitrary code execution or a system crash.
