Resource exhaustion in OpenText Privileged Access Manager before 3.7.0.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt HTTPS service. The HTTPS listener accepts repeated client-initiated TLS renegotiation without throttling, allowing connection floods to consume service resources. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful flooding causes service interruption without reported data disclosure or modification.
