Administrator takeover via cross-session CSRF token reuse

Cross-site request forgery in Rukovoditel 2.5.2 allows remote attackers to change the administrator password via a crafted request. The form_session_token validation accepts a valid token issued to a different user's session instead of binding it to the administrator session. Exploitation requires obtaining another user's valid token and inducing a logged-in administrator to submit the forged password-change request, after which the attacker gains administrative control.
