Unauthenticated command execution via profile photo upload

Unrestricted file upload in qdPM 9.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary server commands through Add Profile Photo. The profile-photo handler trusts a crafted Content-Type value and stores an uploaded .php payload where the web server can execute it. No authentication or user interaction is required, and invoking the uploaded file runs commands with the web server process's privileges.
