Process crash via malformed tile offsets

Out-of-bounds access in ImfTileOffsets.cpp in OpenEXR before 2.4.1 allows remote attackers to crash consumers via crafted EXR files. The tile-offset parser uses malformed offset data to index an std::vector outside its bounds, producing invalid reads and writes. A user must open the file in an application that uses the library; the documented consequence is a process crash, not code execution.
