Apple credential disclosure via bundled secrets

Information disclosure in JetBrains PyCharm 2019.2.5 and 2019.3 on Windows allows remote attackers to obtain Apple notarization credentials. The Windows distributive embeds Apple Notarization Service credentials in the PyCharm package, exposing secrets to anyone who obtains the installer. Access to the distributive is sufficient; no PyCharm execution or authentication is required, and exposure can enable misuse of the credentials.
