SMTP credential disclosure via cleartext page source

Credential exposure in Castel NextGen DVR 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read associated SMTP server credentials. The SMTP configuration page returns the stored credentials in cleartext within its HTML source rather than withholding the secret. Any low-privileged application account can retrieve and reuse the SMTP account credentials, exposing that external account to compromise.
