Open redirect in Broadcom Layer7 API Developer Portal 4.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users via homeRedirect. Broadcom has not disclosed how the homeRedirect page accepts or validates an untrusted destination before issuing the redirect. Exploitation is unauthenticated over the network and requires user interaction; the direct effect is navigation to an attacker-chosen site.
