Daemon restart via undersized session workspace reservation

Reachable assertion in Varnish Cache allows remote attackers to restart the daemon through PROXY v2 connection metadata. SES_Wait reserves session workspace for a waited structure without first guaranteeing the space later needed for a pool_task, so proxy metadata exhaustion reaches an assertion. Exploitation requires TLS termination with PROXY v2 and client-influenced proxy fields; a restart empties the cache and increases backend load without code execution or data disclosure.
