Browser script execution via unsanitized shortcut titles

Stored and reflected XSS in Castle Rock SNMPc Online 12.10.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute browser script. The shortcut-creation form stores an unsanitized title and renders it into pages without neutralizing HTML or SVG event-handler markup. A logged-in user must submit the payload, and a different user's browser must render an affected view; the demonstrated consequence is script execution in that web-session context.
