Wi-Fi credential disclosure via predictable SOAP authentication

Information disclosure in NETGEAR Orbi firmware 2.5.2.104 and earlier allows remote attackers to read Wi-Fi SSIDs and pre-shared keys. The administrative HTTP/SOAP service derives its authentication password from public peer MAC-address octets and a fixed string, then hashes it with MD5. Access to the wired LAN, primary Wi-Fi network, a routed uplink network, or an employee network with client isolation disabled is required.
