Open redirection via unnormalized encoded path

Open redirect in Grav before 1.7 allows remote attackers to redirect users to an attacker-controlled site via a crafted path. Grav::redirect in system/src/Grav/Common/Grav.php fails to normalize encoded slash and backslash sequences before placing the route in the Location header. The flaw is exposed when Grav runs at a domain root with trailing-slash redirection enabled, and successful exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link.
