OS command injection in Manage::Certificates in Zen Load Balancer 3.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The index.cgi certificate form passes seven issuer and organization fields containing shell metacharacters into an OS command without neutralization. Administrative access to the web interface is required, after which injected commands run with the appliance application's privileges.
