Arbitrary file disclosure and deletion via path parameter

Path traversal in LimeSurvey before 4.1.12+200324 allows remote attackers to download and delete arbitrary server files. The getZipFile action accepts the request's path value as a filesystem path, sends that file because its file check is forced true, and then deletes it. Reachability is through the web application; deletion is limited by the web-service account's permissions but can remove a critical configuration file and interrupt service.
