Memory corruption via unchecked logging prefix length

Out-of-bounds write in the Snapdragon logger allows local users to corrupt memory through a crafted logging prefix. The radio interface layer prepends the prefix to a logging string without validating its size, causing the logger to write beyond its intended boundary.
