Modem code execution via unchecked QMI call count

A heap buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon QMI Voice allows local users to execute code in the modem via a crafted TLV request. The qmi_voicei_srvcc_call_config_req handler trusts an attacker-controlled call count and copies 0x160-byte call contexts into a fixed 0x5B90-byte heap allocation. Access requires a local SELinux domain permitted to use QMI Voice; the demonstrated payload overwrites modem heap memory and reboots the modem.
