Memory disclosure via malformed RTCP packet length

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon RTCP unpacking allows remote attackers to disclose memory or interrupt service via malformed packets. The unpacker trusts an incorrect RTCP length and reads one extra byte beyond the packet boundary while decoding the packet. No privileges or user interaction are required, and the resulting exposure is limited to memory disclosure and service interruption.
