Boot-chain compromise via improper locked-memory handling

Improper locking in Qualcomm Snapdragon QTEE allows local attackers to corrupt protected memory through a non-secure boot loader. An improper system-call sequence lets the non-secure boot loader unlock and alter memory that the secure boot loader had locked, causing trusted boot code to consume attacker-controlled data. Access to the local boot chain is required, and successful exploitation can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and device availability.
