Unauthenticated device crash via missing null check

Null pointer dereference in KPI histogram teardown in Qualcomm Snapdragon allows remote attackers to crash an affected device. The teardown path assumes histogram binning information exists and dereferences it without a null check when that information is absent. No authentication or user interaction is required; a reachable malformed KPI condition can interrupt device availability without reported data exposure or modification.
