Memory corruption via uninitialized DIAG free

Use of an uninitialized variable in Qualcomm Snapdragon DIAG services allows local users to corrupt memory through a local request. The Core Services DIAG implementation frees uninitialized memory; Qualcomm has not disclosed the responsible function or request field. Local users can reach the flaw without privileges or user interaction, and the resulting corruption can compromise data or interrupt the service.
