Improper access control in Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms allows local users to disclose protected memory through TrustZone initialization when dumps are enabled. The initialization code disables xPU protections whenever memory-dump support is enabled, allowing accesses that should remain blocked and exposing memory contents. Exploitation requires high local privileges and user interaction to enable or trigger the dump path; the documented consequence is information disclosure.
