Memory disclosure and service interruption via unchecked offset

Out-of-bounds read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Data Modem allows remote attackers to disclose memory or interrupt service via crafted data. The modem's unpacking path uses an attacker-controlled offset without verifying that the offset and requested length remain within the input buffer, causing a read beyond its bounds. Network access requires no authentication or user interaction, and the resulting over-read can expose memory contents or interrupt the affected device.
