Secure-memory access via incorrect SDI range argument

Out-of-range pointer use in Snapdragon Industrial IoT and Mobile chipsets allows local users to access secure memory through SDI. SDI passes an incorrect argument to the address-range validation API when capturing requested contents, allowing access outside the validated range. Local execution is required; the access crosses into secure memory, while Qualcomm has not published finer-grained read or write effects.
