Remote memory corruption via unchecked RTT/TTY packet copy

Out-of-bounds write in Qualcomm Data Modem allows remote attackers to corrupt memory by sending a crafted RTT/TTY packet. The RTT/TTY packet parser copies packet data into a destination buffer without first validating that the buffer is large enough. No authentication or user interaction is required; Qualcomm does not disclose the overwrite's concrete runtime outcome.
