Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Multi-Mode Call Processor allows remote attackers to disclose memory via a maximum-length MT SMS. The processor uses an improper length check while parsing the incoming message, causing it to read beyond the SMS buffer boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required; the documented effects are memory disclosure and limited service interruption, not memory modification or code execution.
