Local diagnostic-data disclosure via unchecked QTEE syscall

Information exposure in Qualcomm Snapdragon QTEE allows local users to read secure diagnostic data through a non-secure syscall. The QTEE syscall handler fails to verify that a caller belongs to the secure execution environment before returning diagnostic information in clear text. Local execution is required, but Qualcomm specifies no prior privileges or user interaction; successful access discloses diagnostic data without modifying data or interrupting the device.
