Protected-data compromise via SCM pointer race

A TOCTOU race in Qualcomm Snapdragon storage SCM handling allows local users with high privileges to compromise protected data. The storage command handler checks a pointer, but a race window permits that pointer to become invalid before the storage SCM call executes. Exploitation requires high local privileges and a successful race; Qualcomm reports effects crossing a security boundary that can expose or alter protected data and interrupt device operation.
