Service interruption via unchecked RPS parsing

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon video components allows remote attackers to interrupt affected devices by sending crafted RPS values. The RPS parsing path reads beyond its buffer because it fails to validate user-supplied values before using them. No authentication or user interaction is required; public sources do not identify whether interruption takes the form of a crash, hang, or reboot.
