Memory disclosure and service interruption via unterminated SDP

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Data Modem firmware allows remote attackers to disclose memory or interrupt service via received SDP values. The SDP parser processes a received value without first confirming a terminating NULL byte, so parsing continues beyond the intended buffer boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required; the documented effects are confidentiality loss and limited service interruption, not code execution.
