Memory disclosure and modem interruption via ROHC padding

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Data Modem allows remote attackers to disclose memory and interrupt service via a malformed ROHC header. The modem's ROHC parser advances through an unusually large run of leading padding octets without a sufficient bounds check, reading past the header buffer. Remote attackers need no privileges or user interaction but must deliver the crafted compressed header to an affected user device.
