Local kernel memory corruption via unchecked IOCTL index

Out-of-bounds write in Qualcomm Snapdragon kernel components allows local users to corrupt memory through a crafted IOCTL request. The IOCTL copy path uses a user-controlled array index without validating that it remains within the destination buffer. Access to the affected kernel interface with low privileges is required; the overwrite can compromise protected data or crash the device.
