Denial of service via ROHC packet over-read

Improper input validation in Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms allows remote attackers to trigger a buffer over-read via invalid downlink ROHC packets. The UE decompression path processes the packet without checking its compressed size before reading data, causing access beyond the buffer. An attacker able to deliver malformed downlink traffic can interrupt modem processing and expose adjacent memory; the record does not establish a required authenticated session or user interaction.
