Guest-to-host code execution via unchecked Tulip frame copies

Out-of-bounds access in QEMU 4.2.0 allows guest OS users to crash or execute code in the host QEMU process via Tulip NIC traffic. The tulip_copy_tx_buffers path copies transmit and receive frames without checking the frame size against the descriptor data length, causing out-of-bounds buffer access. A guest must control the emulated Tulip adapter's descriptors or traffic; exploitation can stop the virtual machine or run code with the QEMU process's host privileges.
