Client disruption via unchecked bitmap depth index

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP clients before 2.1.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt a client via a crafted bitmap cache order. The update_read_cache_bitmap_v3_order parser uses the server-controlled bitsPerPixelId as an index into the seven-element CBR23_BPP array without validating that the value is at most six. The client must connect to an attacker-controlled RDP server with bitmap caching enabled; malformed order data can disrupt that client, while bitmap caching is disabled by default.
