Script execution via misparsed typolink attributes

Cross-site scripting in TYPO3 CMS 9.5.12 through 9.5.16 and 10.2.0 through 10.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script. The typolink renderer places property values into link-tag HTML attributes without correctly parsing them, allowing crafted attributes to escape into executable markup. Exploitation requires authenticated access to supply the link properties and a victim to render the link; the script then runs in that victim's browser context.
