Authenticated stored script execution via unsanitized comment HTML

Stored XSS in BookStack 0.18.0 through 0.29.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers. The comment creation endpoint accepts directly posted HTML and stores it without neutralizing executable markup before rendering it to viewers. Comment-creation permission is required, and viewing the stored comment runs the injected code in another user's session.
