Kubernetes resource disclosure via unannounced lookup requests

Information disclosure in Helm 3.1.0 through 3.1.2 allows context-dependent attackers to expose Kubernetes resources through a crafted chart. The lookup template function ignores the no-cluster contract of template and dry-run operations, queries the Kubernetes API named by KUBECONFIG, and renders returned data into output. Exposure requires rendering an untrusted chart while the active Kubernetes credentials can read sensitive resources; disclosed data is limited by those credentials.
