Application crash via undersized JPEG 2000 tile buffer

Out-of-bounds reads in Pillow before 7.1.0 allow attackers to crash image-processing applications via a crafted JP2 file. The decoder trusts OpenJPEG-reported tile dimensions and data size, then shuffles width × height × component data from a buffer that can be too small. Exploitation requires an application to decode the malicious image, and the published impact is limited to an availability loss.
