Unauthenticated file disclosure via unsafe XML parsing

XXE in Azkaban 3.84.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read server-side files or trigger outbound requests via crafted XML. XmlValidatorManager and XmlUserManager create DocumentBuilderFactory parsers without disabling DTDs or external entities before parsing XML. No authentication or user interaction is required; access is limited to data and network destinations reachable by the Azkaban process.
