Information disclosure in GitLab CE/EE 10.8 through 12.9 allows remote authenticated users to read vulnerability metadata and comments. The vulnerability_feedback endpoint returns feedback records without enforcing the project permissions required for the Security Dashboard. Guest access to a private project is sufficient to obtain vulnerability details and user comments, but the flaw provides no reported ability to modify them.
