Local privilege escalation in PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit 3.8.0 and earlier allows local users to gain elevated permissions. The default configuration places the script temporary path in a standard-user-writable location used by an elevated execution flow. Exposure is limited to the period when an elevated script invokes Show-InstallationWelcome with -BlockExecution or calls Block-AppExecution.
