Heap disclosure via uninitialized nonblocking socket buffer

Heap information disclosure in Ruby 2.5.0 through 2.5.7, 2.6.0 through 2.6.5, and 2.7.0 allows remote attackers to read interpreter heap data. BasicSocket#recv_nonblock and BasicSocket#read_nonblock enlarge a supplied buffer before receiving data, then return on a would-block result without copying data, exposing prior heap contents in the string. Exploitation requires Linux and an application path that supplies size and buffer arguments while disabling nonblocking exceptions.
