ECDSA private-key recovery via modular-inverse side channel

Side-channel leakage in Arm Mbed TLS before 2.16.6 and 2.7.x before 2.7.15 allows local users to recover ECDSA private keys. The affine-coordinate conversion applies a leaky modular inverse to projective ECC coordinates, revealing ephemeral-scalar bits across signatures for lattice recovery. Exploitation requires precise timing and memory-access observations of repeated signatures, typically from an untrusted OS controlling an SGX or TrustZone environment.
