Out-of-bounds read in Foxit PhantomPDF 9.7.1.29511 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted PDF. The U3D vertex parser fails to validate user-supplied vertex data before reading past the end of an allocated object. A target must open the malicious file or visit a page that delivers it; the read discloses memory and contributes to code execution only when chained with another flaw.
