Configuration tampering via low-integrity RPC requests

Improper access control in Avast Antivirus before 20 allows local users to alter the Components section of Stats.ini through RPC. The aswTask RPC endpoint in the AvastSvc.exe TaskEx library accepts requests from Low Integrity processes and writes attacker-supplied changes to that configuration section. Execution of a Low Integrity process on Windows is required, and the established consequence is unauthorized modification of Avast component statistics.
