Notification disclosure via Lockdown PIN-limit handling

Lockscreen information disclosure in Samsung mobile devices running Android 9.0 or 10.0 allows physically proximate attackers to view notifications. After the PIN-entry limit is exceeded, Lockdown mode incorrectly displays notification content instead of preserving lockscreen concealment. Physical access and repeated PIN entry are required; the reported consequence is limited to viewing notifications, without device unlocking or data modification.
