Unauthenticated code execution via oversized Base64 ticket

Stack-based buffer overflow in DrayTek Vigor3900, Vigor2960, and Vigor300B before 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to execute code. The activate.cgi handler decodes the ticket parameter into a fixed 0x200-byte stack buffer without bounding the decoded length. No authentication is required; a crafted HTTP POST can corrupt the stack and redirect execution on the router.
