IDE crash via oversized object_output project value

A buffer overflow in Code::Blocks 17.12 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the IDE through a crafted project file. The project loader accepts an object_output setting containing roughly 6,000 characters, and the overflow manifests when Build and Run processes that value. A user must open the modified .cbp file and invoke Build and Run; the public reproduction demonstrates a crash, while the CVE record additionally asserts arbitrary code execution.
