Unauthenticated server crash via crafted FTP packet

Buffer overflow in FTPDMIN 0.96 allows remote attackers to crash the Windows FTP server by sending a crafted network packet. The public record does not identify the packet field, FTP command, function, or buffer whose unchecked copy exceeds its destination. The service accepts connections without passwords, so any network peer that can reach the listening FTP port can terminate the running server and interrupt file transfers.
