Denial of service via NULL pointer dereference

HDF5 through 1.12.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference that allows attackers to cause denial of service via crafted input. The H5AC_unpin_entry() function in H5AC.c dereferences a NULL pointer while processing HDF5 data, triggering a process crash. An attacker able to supply input that reaches this code path can interrupt service; no data disclosure or modification is described.
